Nice Flowers, Delivery a Bit Late
I got the Bouquet Ema for a friend's housewarming. The flowers themselves were lovely and smelled really good, very fresh. The website was easy enough to navigate to place the order. Delivery was supposed to be by late afternoon, but it ended up arriving closer to evening. It wasn't a huge deal, but I had hoped it would be there earlier in the day. Customer service was polite when I called to check on it, though. Good value for what I paid, but the delivery window could be more precise.

I ordered the Bouquet Eden for my wife's birthday, and I was really impressed. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, and I appreciated the clear delivery options.
